November 4th, for promote the construction of the joint lab between China and Russia and other industry cooperation, the Russian representative of the joint lab between China and Russia and the Vice President of the international affairs of Novosibirsk State University of Russia Mr. Levan Tatunashvili arrived at Shanghai, then started the one week long visit and investigation of Shanghai Academy of XJTU.
With the accompany of the deputy director of XJTU electric power equipment and electrical insulation state key laboratory and the deputy dean of Shanghai Academy of XJTU Dr. Geng Yingsan, dean of Shanghai Academy of XJTU Dr. Lei Li and their party, Mr. Levan visited the Shanghai Academy of XJTU, Suzhou Academy of XJTU, Suzhou lab of electric power equipment and electrical insulation state key laboratory, nano-scale science and engineering institute of Suzhou academy. He also discussed with deputy dean Zhang Jianfeng and so on about the construction of joint lab of the cooperation between China and Russia. Both sides agreed with the cooperation of science research and development and the hatch of a new industry in graphene, nano material, energy storage and so on fields. The first cooperate project will develop at this year.
The leader of academy and Mr. Levan met the deputy secretary of Suzhou dushu lake science and education innovation zone management committee Mr. Jiang Weiming, and introduced the planning and construction situation of the joint lab between China and Russia to him. He indicated that the innovation zone will fully support the construction and development of the joint lab between China and Russia.
