2016 October 27th, Shanghai Academy of Xi'an Jiaotong University and Xiexin Southern LTD had a smart city project pro-seminar at Shanghai. Dean Lei Li of SA XJTU, chief economic manager Zou Hao of Xiexin Southern LTD and other staff presented at the pro-seminar. Both sides communicated with each other about to promote the smart city project.
At the pro-seminar, Xiexin Southern LTD introduced the primary scheme of smart town project at Huangpu district of Guangzhou. SA XJTU combined the research and experience in smart town international case, smart town top-level design, international cooperation, offshore innovation center and so on fields then communicated with the representative of Xiexin Southern LTD. Both sides reached a lot of consensus in jointly set up combined entity cooperation agency, top-level design and industry planning, smart town planning, enhance macroscopic background policy research of the country and district, jointly set up work team, enhance the construction of research team, and clarified the next stage of work.
