Offshore innovation center will directly invite Karolinska School of Medicine and other scientific research personnel from north Europe region to participate research and development work, which is conductive to attract international high-quality scientific research personnel and to achieve fast localization of intellectual property rights that research and development of. Research and development center will also serve as the overseas training base for student abroad and other domestic medical talents to significantly support cultivation of national high-quality medical talents.

Offshore innovation center will focus on introduction and industrialization of basic and applied science in fields like new medical technology, new special medicine, preventive medicine and health management, geriatric medicine, medical gene and stem cells, mobile medical and so on.
