2016 November 26th, the general H. E. Pech Tong Chhin of Cambodia visited the Shanghai Academy of Xi'an Jiaotong University. The general H. E. Pech Tong Chhin and his team were welcomed by Dean Lei Li.
At November 26th, dean Lei Li lead the general H. E. Pech Tong Chhin and his team to visit the site of Huzhou project. November 27th morning, SA XJTU dean Lei Li, deputy dean Li Dewen, secretary-general Zheng Huating met the guests, and both sides communicated about the cooperation between Cambodia and China. Dr. He Rong of SA XJTU introduced the overview of SA XJTY, research direction, international cooperation and so on fields. The general H. E. Pech Tong indicated that, he wished both sides will friendly cooperate at multi- level. After meeting ,both sides agreed on consensus and signed the Cambodia and China friendship and cooperation agreement.
