Base on the development plan of Shanghai Academy and the suggestion from dean Lei, Edward Lee is appointed as deputy dean of Shanghai Academy of Xi'an Jiaotong University after discussion of dean office meeting and approval by the board of directors. He will help the dean with external contact and other work of Academy.
The appointment shall take effect as of the date of promulgation.
