2017 November 21th, Dean of Xi’an Jiaotong University Shanghai Academy Dr. LEI Li signed a MOU with CEO of MUTIARA SMART COMPUTING SDN BHD (hereinafter referred to as SMART Company) which is directly owned by Malaysia Ministry of Finance (MOF) Mr. JAMALIL.
This MOU covers the following areas: Big Data Analytics、Cloud Computing、Smart Cities、Remote Site Monitoring System (Field Surveillance Unit)、Satellite Communications Systems、Cyber Security and Security Surveillance Systems、Development of relevant Applications or Software、Internet of Things (IOT).
Xi 'an jiaotong university Shanghai Academy willing to cooperate with SMART on U - Customs project. This project provide a set of complete customs operations, revenue management, risk management, internal revenue as well as the national unified window series of functions such as hardware development and deployment of information system for Malaysia customs.
