For positively carried out the university union of the new silk road and construction together of the China and Russia nano science and energy storage technology joint laboratory that personnel training and scientific research cooperation, the delegation of the shanghai Academy was invited by Russia Novosibirsk State University. September 23th to 27th, Professor Wang Jianhua, the former secretary of the party committee of XJTU, the director of electric power equipment and electrical insulation state key laboratory, lead the delegation to Russia and productively communicated with Russian partner. Other visitors include the deputy director of electric power equipment and electrical insulation state key laboratory professor Geng Yingsan, Dean of Shanghai Academy of XJTU Doctor Lei Li, director of foreign affairs office of Shanghai Academy of XJTU Doctor Shi Jianbo and so on.
September 23th, delegation had a in-depth conversation with the headmaster of Russia Novosibirsk State University professor Mikhail Fedoruk, academician of Russia professor Alexander Bondar and professor Alexander Zarvin and other university leaders. The headmaster Fedoruk extended a warm welcome and introduced the history, discipline construction and scientific research work, international cooperation and project of university. Then the headmaster Fedoruk suggested that communicate more with physical, biomedical, economic and cultural fields, as well as exchange student communication and science and research cooperation. Professor Wang Jianhua introduced the history of XJTU and the current situation of the university union of the new Silk Road. He indicated that strategic league of China and Russia includes education, science and research, culture and so on fields. Also, the similarity of two universities will promote the resource and cooperation of each other. After the meeting, delegation visited the history archives and laboratory with professor Zarvin, also communicated with student representative.
September 24th, Dean Lei Li visited the Novosibirsk Offshore Innovation Center of Shanghai Academy of XJTU with professor Wang Jianhua. The professor Vadim Shcherbakov of the offshore innovation center introduced the work progress in nano science and energy storage technology, also the breakthrough of lithium ion electrode materials development. The teat data prove the new type of composite electrode materials can improve the lithium ion battery capacity which has great application prospects and market value.
September 24th afternoon, the headmaster adviser professor Levan Tatunashvilli lead the delegation to visit the technology industry incubation park which belongs to the National State University. Through a in-depth communication with the head of the park Dmitriy Verkhovod in several fields like talent introduction and policy support, both sides selected nano multi-functional ceramic materials and its application to cooperate.
September 25th, delegation had a in-depth communication with the director of physics department of national university professor Alexander Bondar, the headmaster adviser professor Levan Tatunashvilli, the atomic physicist professor Sergey, the radiation experts professor Artem Myz in the extremely low dose of readiation of X-ray and quick scan technology. Professor Wang Jianhua introduced the development history, educational objectives and advantages of XJTU. He indicated that XJTU has electric power equipment and electrical insulation state key laboratory, metal material strength state key laboratory, and so on state key laboratories which have abundant scientific research actual strength and the open attitude of cooperation, and hope both sides can strengthening communication, promoting the discipline construction, personnel training of scientific research cooperation fields. Professor Bondar quite agreed with professor Wang, and expressed thanks the work and achievement of XJTU and Shanghai Academy of XJTU in the China and Russia nanometer science and energy storage technology Joint Laboratory. He also indicated that, the technology advantage of research achievement of both sides in energy storage material like super-capacitor and battery pack, and micro- electronics fields under this new cooperation mode will promote the comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Russia in Chinese wide new industrialization market.
September 26th, professor Levan lead delegation visited the derivatives ceramic insulation and wear-resisting coating technology development laboratory of Alexey Nikiforov's team, gas adiabatic compression nano-particles manufacturing laboratory pf profeesor Anatoly Saprykin and Vladimir Fedorov, ultra purity crystal products and manufacturing technology laboratory of professor Evgeniy Galasho, super-capacitors laboratory of professor Viktor Ryabykh and Aleksey Kuznetsov's team and inert gas plasma jet polishing processing technology laboratory of professor Alexander Zarvin. Delegation had a in-depth communication with experts and professors of laboratory about details of each new technology and sophisticated equipment, as well as the application feasibility for the next generation of industrial system.
September 27th, delegation visited the Moscow SPM company. The Dean adviser and chairman of Bowman tech special engineering institute professor Alexander Andreev showed the welcome for the delegation. At first he introduced the reluctance motor technology with external incentives no permanent magnet switch and its application fields, as well as the industrialization development. Dean Lei Li asked application and details of this technology in new energy load and passenger vehicle manufacturing field, and suggested the refitting cooperation of current specific type of vehicle.
Combining with this visit, both sides of China and Russia will sign the cooperative agreement with specific project requirement, and promote the cooperation in science and research, technology, academy and other fields.
