Xi'an Jiaotong University Professor Wang Jianhua and his group arrived Shanghai Academy of XJTU and guided work.
July 11th, professor Wang Jianhua, who is the director of Xi'an Jiaotong University electrical equipment electrical insulation national key laboratory and former secretary of the party committee of XJTU, and professor Geng Yingsan, the deputy director of Xi'an Jiaotong University electrical equipment electrical insulation national key laboratory, and other colleagues arrived Shanghai Academy of XJTU and guided work.
Dean of SA Lei Li, deputy dean of SA Li Jing and secretary general Zheng Huating reported to professsor Wang Jianhua and his group about recently development of work of academy. Doctor Shi Jianbo of SA introduced the latest achievement that academy obtain of research and development about new energy and new material. SA of XJTU cooperated with Russia University of Novosibirsk and the Russian academy of sciences Siberian branch in research and develop work of lithium ion battery electrode materials, super capacitor, ceramic transformer and so on fields, and had a series of breakthroughs. Energy density of new type lithium ion battery electrode material increased more than doubled. Energy density of super capacitor increased up to two to three times. Meanwhile, prototypes of ceramic transformer and wheel hub motor have been prepared. At present, SA of XJTU have incorporated "Russia international innovation centre of Shanghai Academy of XJTU". This innovation centre is focus on comprehensive cooperation of field of China and Russia nano material and energy storage technology, as well as in charge of integration of Russian science and research recourse, and introduction and industrialization of technology achievement to Chinese market.
Li Wenhao of SA introduced the development of offshore innovation centre. Offshore innovation centre have incorporated in Russia and Sweden at present, and the one in Israel is planning to register. The work of offshore innovation centre is strongly supported by the science committee of Pudong new district and Zhangjiang Group.
Professor Wang Jianhua accept and support the present research direction of SA, and bring up the new requirement of next stage work of SA. Professor Wang Jianhua indicated that the national key support development fields like graphene and super capacitor have the important significance for Chinese new energy research and market application. He hoped that Shanghai Academy will keep frontier science and technology, enhancing the international cooperation and intercommunion, precise positioning and find key direction for breakthroughs, as well as resources integration, establish professional team and form the core competitiveness.
