 Technology Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Kai Tao") in Shanghai Free Trade Area. Kai Tao will serve technological achievements incubation work of the “ Joint Research Laboratory of Nano Materials and Energy Storage between China and Russia” , meanwhile actively carry out other scientific and technological achievements, in management and service hatch forms.
