Academy cooperate the international well-known universities and research institutes that jointly train talent in professional directions. Presently, the determined training directions contain nanometer materials, energy storage technology and medical education.

Relying on the Joint Laboratory for Nano Science and Energy Storage Technology between China and Russia, both sides make the agreement of staff visits mechanism. At the early stage of work, the Chinese and Russian stuff visit each other to develop the research work; and at back stage of work, they will expand the scope of cooperation on joint training students, postdoctoral workstation, degrees awarded.
